Hi, I’m Denisse, the heart and hands behind Birdie.

 

What started as a love for baking in my home kitchen has grown into a little dream I get to share with my community. Every cookie and cake is made from scratch in small batches using quality ingredients, plenty of butter, and a whole lot of love.

I’m best known at the local Farmer's Markets for my giant, bakery-style cookies with gooey centers and unforgettable flavors. Whether you stop by my little porch bakery, visit me at a local farmers market, or order a cake for a special occasion, my goal is always the same, to make something that brings people together and creates a sweet memory.

Birdie isn’t just a bakery to me; it’s a reminder that dreams can grow one cookie at a time. I believe in kindness, supporting small businesses, empowering each other and creating treats that make people smile from the very first bite.
